PostForge Terms of Use
Effective date: March 15, 2026. This document governs the use of PostForge for AI campaign orchestration, scheduling, logs, API and workflow integrations.
1. Scope of service
PostForge provides software for orchestration and automation of content generation workflows. The platform is not the owner of third-party AI models and does not replace provider terms.
2. Account and access
- The user is responsible for registration data accuracy and account credential security.
- Sharing account access with third parties is at the user’s own risk and responsibility.
- The operator may limit access in case of terms violations, compromise indicators or abuse.
3. Balance, debits and pricing
- Access to certain features depends on a positive account balance.
- Debits are performed per actual generation run according to the current service pricing model.
- Actual cost may vary based on campaign settings, selected model and external exchange rates.
4. AI keys and user content
- The user independently chooses the AI provider, model, API keys and generation settings.
- The user guarantees legality of source data, prompts and publication of generated materials.
- PostForge is not responsible for factual accuracy, legal compliance or commercial outcome of outputs from user-selected AI models.
5. Acceptable use
- Unlawful scenarios are prohibited: spam, fraud, restriction bypass, malicious automation and third-party rights violations.
- Use for content violating Russian law or publication platform rules is prohibited.
6. Availability and maintenance
- Service may be temporarily limited for updates, security and scaling.
- Features dependent on third-party systems may experience delays or interruptions outside operator control.
7. Refunds and claims
- Claims are reviewed in pre-trial procedure upon sufficient evidence and justification.
- Refunds are governed by applicable Russian law and the nature of actually delivered digital services.
8. Intellectual property
- Rights to platform code, interface, brand and documentation belong to the operator.
- The user retains rights to own input materials and data submitted to the service.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party providers and is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, reputational or other consequences of user-generated outputs.
10. Governing law and disputes
Relationships between parties are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are subject to pre-trial settlement and, if unresolved, shall be handled under Russian law.
11. Amendments
The operator may update these terms due to functional, process or regulatory changes. The current version is published on this page with an effective date.
