Policy of Use and Data Handling
Effective date: March 15, 2026. This document explains the PostForge approach to account data, technical logs, generation settings and user API parameter handling.
1. What data is processed
- Account registration data, service identifiers and authentication data.
- Campaign settings, templates, schedules, execution logs and diagnostic messages.
- User API parameters for external AI providers, including keys and endpoint settings.
2. Processing purposes
- Service delivery, campaign execution, debit calculation and operation history support.
- Security, abuse detection, incident investigation and operational stability support.
- Compliance with legal, accounting and technical reporting requirements.
3. AI keys and security
- Keys are used strictly for execution of user tasks within the service.
- The operator applies reasonable organizational and technical safeguards relevant to service nature.
- The user must follow own security practices: key rotation, revocation and access scope limitation.
4. Retention and deletion
- Data is retained for the account lifetime and additional periods required by lawful obligations.
- After account termination, some data may be retained for limited periods for security, reporting and dispute handling.
- Upon request, data deletion is considered to the extent allowed by Russian law.
5. Third-party sharing
- Data may be shared with technical contractors and external providers when necessary to deliver the service.
- Sharing is limited to the amount necessary for specific operation or legal requirement.
6. User rights
- The user may request information about processing and correction of inaccuracies.
- The user may request restriction or deletion within applicable law limits.
- Requests are reviewed within reasonable time through service support channels.
7. Cookies and analytics
- The service may use technical cookies and analytics identifiers for sessions, security and quality improvement.
- Disabling cookies may limit certain interface and authentication features.
8. Incidents and notifications
In case of significant information-security incidents, the operator applies containment, investigation and notification measures in accordance with applicable law and internal procedures.
9. Generated output limitation
PostForge is not responsible for factual accuracy, completeness, legal compliance or fitness of outputs produced by specific user-selected AI models. The user must perform editorial, legal and factual review before publication.
10. Governing law
Data processing and relations between parties are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, including personal-data regulations.
11. Policy updates
The operator may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the effective date.
